1. Terms of Use

("Displaybank") web sites located at www.displaybank.com, and all associated sites linked to www.displaybank.com , its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Displaybank sites around the world (collectively, the "Site"). BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. Displaybank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions these Terms of Use, at any time.

2. Use of Site Content.

Displaybank hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the content and functionality displayed on the Site (including via the RSS Service) (collectively, the "Site Content") on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, except that you may obtain multiple copies of RSS feeds. You agree not to modify the Site Content in any way and to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without Displaybank's prior written consent.

3. User Postings.

You acknowledge and agree that Displaybank shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, survey responses, and otherwise, and you hereby waive any claims against Displaybank for any alleged or actual infringements of any rights of privacy or publicity, moral rights, or rights of attribution in connection with Displaybank's use and publication of such submissions. You covenant that you shall not post or otherwise publish on the Site any materials that (a) are threatening, libelous, defamatory, or obscene; (b) would constitute, or that encourage conduct that would constitute, a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law; (c) infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties; (d) contain a computer virus or other destructive element; (e) contain advertising; or (f) constitute or contain false or misleading statements. Displaybank does not and cannot review all information posted to the Site by users and is not responsible for such information. However, Displaybank reserves the right to refuse to post and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.

4. Premium Membership.
|
|
Premium Membership entitles you to Premium online access and the services that fit Premium Members that may be updated from time to time. Displaybank will update the service details in the Terms of Use. You are responsible to check the updates occasionally. For those who are already Displaybank premium individual members, or who are new members of Premium individual membership, acknowledge that Displaybank will automatically renew monthly fees if we do not receive cancelation letter (via E-mail or regular mail) effective January 1, 2009.

5. RSS.
|
|
Displaybank provides an RSS Service on behalf of its customers. You acknowledge that Displaybank may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the RSS Service, including, without limitation, the maximum number of times you may access the service in a given time period and the number of unique URL subscriptions you may create. You agree that Displaybank has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content preferences you may enter into the RSS Service. You acknowledge that Displaybank reserves the right to terminate subscribers that are inactive for an extended period of time or violate our Terms of Service. Subscribing to an RSS feed is free, but Displaybank reserves the right to charge for RSS feeds in the future.
