Taiwan’s largest LED and LED sub-materials/equipments/lighting exhibition, “LED Lighting Taiwan 2012,” was held at TWTC, located in Taipei Nangang, Taiwan, from June 19 to June 21.
The exhibition organized by PIDA (Photonics Industry and Technology Development Association) was participated by Taiwan/China and worldwide 250 LED companies and composed of 800 booths of related companies. The exhibition, with the motto of “Living Green,” introduced new technologies and products of LED related industries around LED lighting.

In addition, Solid State Lighting and PV-related international conference were hosted as special events and with Display Taiwan event, plenty of spectacles were provided. Let’s take a look at exhibited products and exhibition trends around participated companies.

It is showing a lot of interests in silicon substrate and next generation technology and as shown in the picture above, it is trying to develop 100~120lm/w level high-brightness/high-power LED.
